Anne Dorfman

Anne is a journalist and editor who has worked for newspapers, magazines, television and radio for 20 years. She produced documentaries for Court TV, and most recently worked as a news writer and newscaster for Bloomberg Radio. Anne has a degree in history from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned her law degree at Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco. She has a CELTA certificate in teaching English as a Second Language from Cambridge University and a diploma in Business French from the Paris Chamber of Commerce. She currently teaches English to lawyers, business clients and university students in Berlin.

Penelope Franklin

Penelope is a New York-based author, journalist and editor with more than 25 years of experience. She spent 17 years as a consultant to the United Nations, including six years as editor-in-chief of the international magazine UNICEF Staff News. She has worked with U.S. publishers including HarperCollins, Reader's Digest Books, Random House, Hamptons Magazine and Columbia University, as well as with international companies such as Intercontinental Philatelics, Verlag Groth and Oxford University Press. Penne graduated from Columbia University with postgraduate studies at the Publishing Institute of New York University. She has helped hundreds of writers who use English as a second language.
